Atrium Health is one of the nation's leading healthcare organizations and the region's largest primary care network. Their healthcare system, with more than 40 hospitals and 900 care locations, is continually recognized locally and nationally for their commitment to delivering efficient, quality care. The main hospital campus for Atrium Health is located just outside uptown Charlotte.
Atrium Health’s Levine Children’s Hospital was named a Best Children’s Hospital by U.S. News & World Report in seven specialties for 2019-20.
Jesse Helms Nursing Center was named one of the Best Nursing Homes by U.S. News & World Report for 2016-17.
Atrium Health was the first organization in North Carolina and South Carolina to achieve HIMSS Stage 7 certification in both acute and ambulatory environments.
Piedmont Medical Center has a number of outpatient facilities across York County, with its primary campus located in Rock Hill. Prisma Health is the largest not-for-profit health organization in South Carolina. MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center is a 225-bed, all-private room facility with more than 120 physicians and healthcare professionals strong. Offering cardiology, oncology and pediatrics, MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center is a place where technology and skilled professionals come together to provide compassionate, customer-focused care.
The MUSC Health Chester Medical Center has been serving the medical needs of Chester County with caring staff and up-to-date facilities and equipment since 1952. Having recently undergone a $15 million expansion, the facility site consists of an 82-bed acute care hospital and 100 nursing home beds, four medical office buildings and four ancillary buildings.
